* config/makefile.mgw: Targets are wgnuplot.exe, wgnuplot_pipes.exe,
gnuplot.exe; pgnuplot.exe is kept as it was until now.

ということで，Hansさんの主張が通ったようで，
コンソール版のWin32のgnuplotは，gnuplot.exeとなったようです。
