ありがとうございます。早速gd2.0.35をダウンロードし、再インストールを行いました。
気になるワーニングがあるのですが、とりあえずgnuplotをインストールしました。
するとAbort trap: 6が出るようになってしまいました。
gif terminalはttfフォントを受け付けています。

単にexitを入力しても同じです。
私はaqua term　がmain terminal なので、aqua term が動くように
もう一度始めからやり直してみます。

とりあえず、make時のワーニングを貼付けておきます。システムのことはよくわからないのですが、
OSXのすごい基本的なところのような気がします。
